New FUJIFILM GFX 50S Firmware Update Adds Flicker Reduction and More

FUJIFILM GFX 50S owners will soon be able to download a free firmware update. FUJIFILM GFX 50S Camera Body Firmware Update Ver.3.10, due in May 2018, will add brand new functionality to the camera.

Following hot on the heels of GFX 50S Camera Body Firmware Update Ver.3.00, which was released in March 2018 and introduced Focus Bracketing and 35mm Format Mode, the latest firmware introduces useful new features to improve the usability and functionality of the GFX 50S.

These include a Flicker Reduction feature for shooting in artificial lighting, compatibility with the new FUJINON GF250mmF4 LM OIS WR lens, customizable folders for file storage, the ability to enlarge and reposition on-screen information, and the option to remap 35mm Format Mode to the Fn button.

This update is available now at FUJIFILMFirmware.com.
