FUJIFILM North America Corporation has announced the second annual FUJIFILM Festival, which will take place in Venice, California from October 5-7, 2018. This immersive, hands-on photography and videography learning experience is open to all skill levels and styles and aims to bring together a community of energetic creatives.
With passes limited to just 150, the FUJIFILM Festival 2018 will be held across several venues in Venice including the Rose Room, Big Red Sun, The Unlikely Florist, and Hotel Erwin.
Learn From Renowned Professionals and FUJIFILM Experts
The three-day schedule includes intensive full-day workshops, mini-workshops, elective courses, demonstrations, professional portfolio reviews, and exclusive networking opportunities covering a number of different styles and genres, such as street, dance, travel, landscape, wedding, and lifestyle. Attendees will be able to select which courses they want to attend allowing them to tailor their Festival experience to suit their own personal interests.
The lineup of six expert instructors includes renowned X-Photographers Xyza Cruz Bacani (street and documentary), Elia Locardi (travel and landscape), and Omar Z. Robles (street and dance). They will be joined by Michelle Turner (wedding and lifestyle) and Andrew Primavera and Tehillah De Castro (videography) to round out the roster. FUJIFILM experts will also be running demos and workshops to offer their tips and tricks to making the most of FUJIFILM gear.
On the last day of the Festival, there will be a free public photo walk which will take photographers on a journey along the Venice Beach Boardwalk to capture the character, excitement, and charm of this unique location. It is an open event that anyone over 18 is free to attend, which means that Festival attendees can invite their friends along.

Registrations made by August 31, 2018 are available at a special early bird discounted rate of $449. Registrations made from September 1, 2018 onwards will be available at the standard rate of $499.
